\nWe are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Solution Architect to take ownership of our Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 landscape, partnering with business leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, and Quality to design and deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and growth across our international business.

What You'll Do\nAs the Oracle EBS Solution Architect, you will:
\n- \n
- Own the solution architecture across Oracle EBS R12.2 Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Financials. \n
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops. \n
- Design and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes. \n
- Drive improvements across Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing and Planning operations. \n
- Partner with Finance teams to ensure seamless integration with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Tax processes. \n
- Lead global ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts and enhancement projects. \n
- Define integration requirements across Oracle and connected business systems. \n
- Support complex production issues and deliver sustainable process improvements. \n
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, consultants and external partners. \n
- \n
- Extensive Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 experience gained in Solution Architect, Lead Functional Consultant or Senior Business Applications roles. \n
- Deep expertise across Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules including:\n
- \n
- Order Management \n
- Inventory \n
- Purchasing \n
- Bills of Materials (BOM) \n
- Work in Process (WIP) \n
- Advanced Pricing \n
- Shipping Execution \n
- Oracle Quality \n
\n - Strong understanding of Oracle Financials integration. \n
- Experience designing and supporting end-to-end:\n
- \n
- Order-to-Cash \n
- Procure-to-Pay \n
- Manufacturing \n
- Planning processes \n
\n - Proven experience leading global ERP implementations, upgrades and business transformation initiatives. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and business process design skills. \n
- \n
- Experience with ASCP, ATP/GOP and Demantra. \n
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing, healthcare or medical device environment. \n
- Experience with Salesforce, Agile PLM, EDI integrations and carrier integrations. \n
- Oracle certifications. \n
This position is based within Ireland and offers a highly flexible hybrid working model.
\nCandidates can work remotely for the majority of their time but must be able to travel to our Gort, Co. Galway site when required for project workshops, business meetings, collaboration sessions and key project activities.
