About the role We are recruiting a Senior Nurse to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams in Morley. The service runs 8am to 8pm every day and offers flexible work opportunities. Main duties of the job Provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high quality care within a Neighbourhood Team.
Manage a clinical caseload and lead a cluster of Staff Nurses and Neighbourhood Clinical Assistants to provide excellent patient care. Motivate and communicate effectively with team members. Be dynamic, innovative, passionate and committed with experience of case management and multidisciplinary working.
