Job Description
If you plan to be a Head of NPD one day, but have outgrown your current NPD Manager role, this Senior NPD Manager role with multi-site end-to-end NPD Project Management might be the next step for you. It's customer-facing with a major retailer, and you would have full ownership for developing them into a larger slice of their own-label business. You would also contribute to some of their branded NPD, but the main thing is to look after this customer.
You might not be looking after multiple sites at present, but that's not important because you have team management experience and the track record developing own-label customer relationships for a UK food manufacturer; and can bring the experience you gained improving those relationships.
It's based at their NPD site, but you would still get to visit some of the factories that come under your remit.
- Monday to Friday, on-site in East Yorkshire.
- £60,000 - £75,000
- £5,000 car allowance + travel expenses

- Company bonus scheme (10%)
- 25 days annual leave, plus statutory days
