We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer who is tired of being a ticket-taker and wants to be a builder. Offices across the UK, with hybrid flexibility from different locations (Birmingham - preferred, London, Leeds) We have the stability of an established player but the heartbeat of a startup. There’s no red tape to cut through here—if you have a better way to architect a solution or a faster way to deploy to the cloud, we want to hear it.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit dev team where your fingerprints will be all over the products we ship. Modernize: Drive our transition into a cloud-native future, working primarily within a modern Microsoft ecosystem (C#, .NET Core, Azure). Mentor: Share your expertise.

You’ll play a pivotal role in coaching junior talent and fostering a culture of clean, secure, and effective coding practices. Innovate: Work on a diverse range of projects, from streamlined workflow applications to mission-critical systems that integrate complex third-party tools and cloud technologies. Collaborate: Partner with internal specialists to translate intricate business requirements into seamless digital experiences.
