Job DescriptionSenior .NET Developer Location: On-site / Hybrid Experience: 3–10 Years Employment Type: Full-time Department: Engineering – Backend About the Role We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our Engineering team and build, enhance, and maintain backend services for our education platforms. You will take ownership of services end-to-end—from architecture and development to performance optimization and production support—while working closely with QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams . What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET / ASP.NET Core and C# .

Make architecture decisions around data modeling, caching, and integrations. Write clean, scalable, testable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.

Optimize database queries and access patterns using MongoDB / SQL Server . Collaborate with Angular developers for API integration. Participate in system design and scalability discussions.

Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Troubleshoot environment and configuration-related issues. Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core. Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and microservices . Hands-on experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL .

Experience with Entity Framework Core or equivalent ORM. Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware. Experience with AWS/cloud platforms and Docker .

Familiarity with Linux-based production environments. Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills. Proficiency with Git .

Good to Have Kubernetes / EKS experience. RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture exposure. Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or multi-tenant platforms .

AWS Secrets Manager and IAM knowledge. Experience with performance/load testing tools such as k6 . What You'll Bring Strong ownership and accountability.
