Responsibilities include: Engaging with potential members through direct conversations and guided walk-throughs. Qualifying inbound leads and performing outbound prospecting via email, texts, and calls. Re-engaging with long-term leads in the pipeline.

Collaborating with internal teams on lead generation strategies. Qualifications: At least 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proven success in a high-volume sales or customer service environment. Marketing and fitness industry experience preferred. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus substantial commissions and bonuses based on performance.

Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed. No travel required.
