We’re seeking a Respiratory Account Manager (RAM) to join our Commercial team. This unique hybrid clinical and commercial role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ICU teams while driving product adoption and long-term account success. You’ll become the clinical expert for your territory, helping hospitals successfully implement AeroPace ® and improve patient outcomes.

What You Will Do

As a Respiratory Account Manager, you will serve as the primary clinical expert for AeroPace ® within your assigned hospital systems while partnering closely with Territory Managers to drive account growth and utilization.

Clinical Implementation & Customer Success

  • Lead the successful onboarding and clinical implementation of new hospital accounts.
  • Provide expert on-site clinical support during AeroPace ® procedures, patient evaluations, and case coverage.
  • Train physicians, respiratory therapists, nurses, and hospital staff on system operation, catheter mapping, sensor alignment, and best clinical practices.
  • Collaborate with customers to optimize ICU workflows and integrate diaphragm pacing therapy into daily clinical practice.
  • Ensure successful hospital launches by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and implementation activities.

Commercial Growth & Account Development

  • Partner with Territory Managers and Regional Directors to grow product utilization and achieve regional business objectives.
  • Identify and develop new physician users across critical care, pulmonology, trauma, and cardiothoracic specialties.
  • Build strong clinical champions and long-term customer relationships.
  • Present clinical evidence, patient outcomes, and economic value to hospital stakeholders.
  • Expand utilization within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Clinical Operations, Marketing, and Sales to share field insights and best practices.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Value Analysis Committees (VAC), Coding & Reimbursement, Informatics, and Hospital Administration during account implementation.
  • Manage local inventory, scheduling, documentation, and account logistics.
  • Participate in educational programs and marketing initiatives that increase awareness of diaphragm neurostimulation therapy.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • 3-5 years of recent respiratory therapy or medical device sales experience or 10+ years of clinical experience (RT, RN, or similar) with industry experience supporting commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated success educating, training, and influencing healthcare professionals within hospital environments.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot during complex patient cases.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours based on clinical schedules.
  • Must reside within 60 minutes of a major airport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, Biology, or a related healthcare field.
  • Experience supporting or training on Class III medical devices.
  • Knowledge of critical care workflows, ventilator management, and patient monitoring.
  • Successful track record supporting hospital-based sales growth or exceeding commercial objectives.
  • Experience implementing new technologies within inpatient hospital systems, including physician adoption, clinical documentation, hospital purchasing processes, coding, reimbursement, and staff education.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MedTech marketer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while helping build the marketing organization of a rapidly growing company. You’ll initially serve as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build and lead a marketing team as the company scales.

What You Will Do

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as the commercial marketing leader responsible for bringing the AeroPace ® System to life in the marketplace.

Commercial Launch & Sales Enablement

  • Lead downstream marketing execution for commercial product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key customer segments.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools, including selling guides, competitive positioning, objection handling resources, and clinical evidence summaries.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to develop programs that support pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
  • Train and support the field sales team on messaging, campaigns, and marketing resources.
  • Plan and execute conference and congress marketing activities, including booth strategy, symposia support, and KOL engagement.

Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Own digital marketing strategy across web, email, social media, and paid digital channels.
  • Develop and manage the Aerospace® content calendar, including customer success stories, clinical content, videos, educational materials, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage marketing automation, campaign performance, analytics, and reporting to continuously optimize results.
  • Ensure all marketing materials remain brand consistent, clinically accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Brand Leadership

  • Strengthen and evolve AeroPace ® brand positioning across multiple customer audiences.
  • Translate published clinical evidence into compelling, compliant marketing messaging.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine messaging and market strategy.
