Why we need you In this role you will manage the engineering design process on assigned projects within a specific discipline. You will lead the development of innovative, tailored engineering solutions that meet project, client, and partner needs, and guide the discipline team to implement those solutions. Expertise BSME/BSAE or equivalent engineering discipline with applicable experience. 10+ years of experience designing HVAC building systems for research, healthcare, or higher education facilities.
Professional engineering registration preferred. Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred. Effective skills to help you flourish Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and time‑management skills. Rapid technical comprehension and client‑focused motivation. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
