About the company

A well-established, global B2B media, content and live events business operating in the technology and enterprise infrastructure space. The company produces senior level international conferences and digital content for a large, highly engaged global audience, and is currently expanding its live events division, with a particular focus on Spanish and Portuguese speaking international markets.

Role responsibilities

• Lead marketing planning and delivery for a portfolio of international B2B conferences, driving high quality paid and VIP attendee numbers
• Build and manage highly targeted audience marketing lists, tailoring messaging to key personas and stakeholder groups
• Work with speakers, partners and sponsors to develop measurable, high impact marketing campaigns
• Coordinate the production of event marketing collateral and digital assets across multiple channels
• Own event marketing budgets and drive adoption of new marketing technology and methods
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior marketing team members, supporting their development
• Report consistently against campaign KPIs to senior stakeholders, including post event analysis and reporting

Candidate background

• Fluent Spanish or Portuguese is a MUST for this role, candidates without one of these languages cannot be considered
• Minimum of 4 years' B2B event marketing experience, ideally from a large conference or media organiser
• Experience managing paid attendee and sponsorship marketing campaigns
• Strong copywriter with excellent communication skills
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and social media tools
• Commercially minded, with strong budget management skills and confidence managing senior stakeholders
• Willing and able to travel internationally

If you're an experienced B2B event marketer, fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (essential), ready to take ownership of an international portfolio on a salary of £60,000 to £65,000.
