Senior Marketing Executive

Overview

In this role you will drive hands-on marketing execution across EMEA to support commercial growth in the health/pharma space. You will work within a cross-functional team to deliver digital, CRM, and eCommerce initiatives, with a focus on campaigns, content updates, and brand launches. You’ll coordinate internal and external resources, optimize performance, and ensure campaigns align with senior leadership priorities.

This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused position that offers meaningful impact through multi-channel activation and sales enablement.

• Manage day-to-day digital activities across EMEA (CRM, email, social, website/landing pages, eStore)
• Own eStore content updates, merchandising, product information, imagery, banners, and promotions
• Build and deploy multi-channel campaigns aligned with commercial priorities
• Manage EMEA social content calendar (LinkedIn focus) including scheduling, publishing, optimization, and reporting
• Coordinate website/landing page updates with basic SEO improvements
• Support EMEA brand/product launches: timelines, assets, stakeholder comms, multi-channel rollout
• Brief and manage agencies/designers/suppliers/internal resources to deliver assets on brand standards
• Support sales enablement materials and maintain asset libraries
• Track marketing KPIs and propose data-driven improvements
• Manage multiple deadlines, approvals, and dependencies with brand/data compliance

• 2-3 years' marketing experience in B2B/distribution/sales-led environment
• Practical experience with email/CRM, social, website and/or eCommerce
• Proven ability to brief and coordinate designers/agencies/suppliers
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, project coordination, and stakeholder management
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel)
• CRM platform exposure preferred (Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar)
