The Role The Senior Marketing Analyst supports Seadrill’s Commercial organization by managing the end‑to‑end tender process and delivering high‑quality commercial, analytical, and financial insights to support strategic decision‑making. This role is ideal for a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working cross‑functionally, managing multiple workstreams, and contributing directly to bid strategy, CRM ownership, and economic evaluation. Key Responsibilities Manage client enquiries end‑to‑end (RFQs, RFPs, ITTs, EOIs, pre‑qualification, and post‑award debriefs) Act as a key point of contact for customers during market enquiries Own and maintain the CRM system as a departmental super user, including data quality, reporting, training, and change management Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to develop high‑quality tender submissions Develop and track KPIs, pipeline analysis, and dashboards to provide visibility into the tender and approval process Lead or support detailed economic evaluations for bids, including coordination of cost assumptions and operational inputs Build ad‑hoc financial models to support senior commercial decision‑making Maintain tender documentation, client portals, and procurement systems (e.g.
Ariba) Review external market data and provide commercial insights to leadership What We’re Looking For Required Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred Experience with financial modeling and economic evaluation Commercial or marketing experience in oil & gas or energy CRM ownership or super‑user experience Exposure to process improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Administration, Engineering, or related discipline Why Join Seadrill?
