Ready to set the tone with Believe ?Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThis position is on the Content Insights team which is part of the Global Digital Business team.
The role reports to the Senior Manager of the Content Insights team which is responsible for providing market insights and a detailed view of the competitive landscape for the music industry.
This role works closely with the Strategy team in delivering impactful market insights.You will be responsible for deploying and structuring local market analyses using a standardized framework, modeling data, and delivering clear, high-impact analyses and presentations for top management. The role requires both strong technical capabilities to maintain and enrich data models, and the ability to think critically, read between the lines, and propose innovative, efficiency-driven solutions that reflect the market.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is ideal for a highly analytical profile who can combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to influence high-level decision-making in a fast-evolving industry.Analytics Support strategic teams and coordinate synthetic insights for Strategy, M&A, and Corporate stakeholdersSynthesize market trends, assess competitive landscape, identify caveats, flag key drivers to guide clearly business strategy into the group.Conduct ad hoc analyses to influence internal stakeholders and market positioningBuild and maintain dashboards (Power BI), with a strong focus on clarity and usabilityData ManagementMaintain and enhance data models, products, and localized market analysesEnsure high-quality, up-to-date data and reportingCollaborate closely with Data Engineering teams to maintain and improve data infrastructureSimplify complex datasets, rapidly identify key issues, and highlight critical signals (“the devil is in the details”)Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in market analysis, financial modeling, or data modelingStrong experience working with large datasets and transforming them into strategic insightsFluent in English, with experience working in an international environmentData visualization-oriented mindset, as well as technically advanced (SQL, Power BI)Strong business acumen and strategic mindsetAbility to communicate complex findings clearly, concisely, and effectivelyHigh level of precision with the ability to step back, prioritize, and seek appropriate validation when neededAbility to operate in a fast-paced, with strong adaptability to pivot quickly across topicsKey CompetenciesStrong analytical rigor and attention to detailAbility to synthesize complex information into clear, impactful messagesProactive, curious, and solution-driven approachStrong collaboration, self-critical mindset and communication skills Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial modeling and/or the music industryUnderstanding of music industry dynamics and complexities is a plus, for instance, familiarity with music data providers or DSP analytics toolsEducationMaster’s degree (Business School or equivalent, Bac+5)Background in business strategy, finance, economicsAdditional InformationSET THE TONEWorking at Believe means having individual and collective impact in a fast-growing company!
