Description Department: Community Relations public speaking experience is required. Knowledgeable in all facets of baseball and softball, including instruction. Demonstrated ability to work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment.
University/college experience as a player, coach or instructor is a plus. Supervisor Responsibilities This position will be responsible for the management of a team of individuals and providing guidance and career development. The team may consist of full-time and part-time staff, interns and volunteers from other organizations.
Work Environment This position operates in an office and park/stadium environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.
This position will work in various weather conditions including, but not limited to, heat, cold, rain and sunny environments. Physical Demands While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision.
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel Travel may be expected in this role.
