Senior Manager - Treasury Sales

Designation: Senior Manager - Treasury Sales Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi/Chandigrah Expereince: 3-8 years Role & Responsibilities: - Drive achievement of Trade & FX targets across assigned branches/channels. - Oversee branches, aligning with ABMs or specific business segments. - Identify Trade & FX opportunities within the designated catchment/segment. - Engage regularly with branches/channels, sharing stock analysis and market intelligence. - Assess training needs and implement capability-building initiatives. - Gather market insights and competitor trends to support product enhancements by the HO Product team. - Monitor service standards and TAT, resolve gaps in coordination with HO. - Ensure account quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to processes/guidelines. - Address all customer queries/complaints within defined TAT.
