Job Title: Transfer Pricing - Senior Manager / Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to manage a broad range of global transfer pricing initiatives across a diverse multinational structure (350+ legal entities) which gives unique exposure, experience and learning opportunities. You will work at the intersection of tax, finance, and business, helping to shape and defend the groups global transfer pricing policies.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, maintain, and defend transfer pricing methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global regulations.
- Support tax team on transfer pricing controversy and audit defense activities, working closely with tax colleagues and business partners.
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of each business model and end-to-end value chain via detailed analysis of the functional and risk profiles of relevant business units and entities.
Ensure timely and accurate transfer pricing compliance:
Additional activities:
- Collect data on intercompany transactions and profitability using data collection tools.
- Perform detailed transfer pricing analyses, including identifying errors, red flags, and reasons for losses; proactively communicate with controlling and business teams to resolve gaps.
- Review, localize, and update transfer pricing documentation and reports as necessary to reflect local requirements.
- Prepare data analyses, schedules, and charts to support tax audits, corporate recharge models and allocations, and other ad hoc requests.
- Monitor actual profitability of entities, calculate and coordinate transfer pricing adjustments where required, and track related intercompany invoices.
- Assist with market price analyses for commodities, including working with large data sets, identifying outliers, engaging with commercial and accounting teams.
- Draft and maintain appropriate intercompany legal agreements as needed.
- Support other transfer pricing and tax-related tasks.
- Build and maintain relationships internally, within business and finance organization, as well as externally, with outside advisors.
- Continuous improvement approach to process improvements and automation, lead/support innovation/automation projects.
- Stay current regarding developments in transfer pricing laws, practice, and global tax law requirements.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- 6-12 years of transfer pricing experience with Big 4 and/ or a Fortune 500 corporate tax department
- Knowledge and experience with transfer pricing in agricultural commodity industry
- Excellent English both writing and speaking is critical requirement due to global coverage of the role and tasks, proficiency in another language is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience working with various ERP systems is preferred
