What You Will Accomplish Architect and Own the Revenue Tech Stack: Own Eveâs GTM systems infrastructure, including HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Orum, Vitally, etc.
Recommend additional tools as the company scales, with a clear point of view on what earns a place in the stack. Build AIâPowered Workflows and Automations: Design and deploy AIâdriven automations using Clay, Zapier, n8n, and other bestâclass tools to cut manual work and accelerate the revenue motion. Stay ahead of emerging tooling and bring new capabilities to the team.
Drive Data Hygiene and CRM Governance: Establish data quality SLAs, audit processes, and governance frameworks across all revenue systems. Hold GTM leadership accountable to crossâfunctional data standards and build a single source of truth for pipeline and customer data. Lead CrossâFunctional Systems Projects: Own implementation of new tools and integrations from scoping through rollout and adoption.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects with clear communication and consistent delivery. Architect and Execute the Revenue Systems Roadmap: Own the 12â24 month architecture roadmap for Eve's GTM systems. Lead CRM migrations, rationalize the tool stack, and integrate AI systems into the revenue motion.
Build systems that enable downstream RevOps capabilities such as capacity planning, territory splits, and verticalization. Serve as the GTM Systems Connective Tissue: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to turn business needs into working systems. Be the person who gets things built, documented, and actually used.
What We Are Looking For Technical Revenue Systems Strategist: 10+ years architecting and owning revenue systems at B2B SaaS companies scaling to $100M+ ARR. Proven track record navigating CRM migrations, toolâstack evaluations, and AI systems integration at scale. Deep CRM and Sales Tech Expertise: Expertâlevel HubSpot proficiency (or comparable CRM) with strong knowledge of Outreach, Apollo, Orum, Vitally, etc.
Architect these tools, not just administer them. AI Automation Fluency: Handsâon experience building automations with Clay, Zapier, and/or n8n. Data Governance Mindset: Deep commitment to data hygiene and CRM governance.
Project Management Excellence: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, balance priorities, and drive projects to completion with precision and clear stakeholder communication. CrossâFunctional Influence and Accountability: Comfortable translating complex systems concepts for nonâtechnical audiences and advocating for the right solutions with leadership. High Tolerance for Ambiguity: Thrives where the playbook is still being written.
What You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have Full Revenue Systems Lifecycle Ownership: Experience owning GTM systems from vendor evaluation through implementation, optimization, and deprecation. AutomationâFirst Instincts: Habit of defaulting to automation, through noâcode tools, API integrations, or light scripting. Hypergrowth Track Record: Experience scaling GTM systems at a company growing 2Ă or faster.
Startup Operator Mentality: Confidence making decisions with incomplete information and shipping fast while maintaining rigor. CrossâFunctional Change Management: Proven ability to drive adoption across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance without formal authority.
