Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Project Manager (Procurement and Sourcing)! Responsibilities Source, develop, qualify, and maintain supplier relationships and associated agreements. Develop and execute RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs using best practices.
Manage and update supplier master data in SAP/Jaggaer. Provide reporting and analytics using Microsoft Suite tools. Perform should-cost modeling and support cost optimization for key commodities.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities (cost reduction, supplier consolidation, etc.). Conduct supplier business reviews and risk assessments. Support negotiation preparation and supplier evaluation.
Deliver all outputs in English and in approved TKE formats Qualifications we seek in you! RFQ Management Manages RFQ, offer evaluation, negotiation & contracting frame agreements, off cycle and serial life contracts Optimizes PO payment terms and implement supplier RPA PROJECT SOURCING Provides supplier vendor list to project buyers before RFQ Responsible for Contracting for suppliers that are new for the site Contributes to final negotiations, ensuring leverage of scale effect across other ongoing projects Validates supplier selection from project buyers, participate to Project Sourcing Committee OPERATIONAL Drives sourcing competitiveness initiatives for existing / standard parts, e.g. technical savings with Engineering, RFQ benchmark Is responsible for re-sourcing in serial life Is responsible for contract amendments and renegotiations Intervenes in major supplier issues escalated: Claims negotiations Stakeholder Engagement Proactively engage with Stakeholders, including Senior leadership to gather requirements, provide updates and align on project objectives and priorities. Effectively manage conflicts and resolve disputes that may arise during sourcing projects, fostering open dialogue and constructive problem solving.
Identify and mitigate risks related to sourcing, logistics, and supply chain disruptions. Negotiation Skills Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and secure buy-in for sourcing strategies and decisions. Change Management Communicate effectively during periods of change, providing rationale, guidance, and support to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption to stakeholders and project timelines.
Minimum Qualifications Graduate Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer Must have sound knowledge of English Preferable to have practical knowledge of Ariba e-Procurement tool Sourcing specific certifications like CPM, SPSM is a plus. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Should have sourcing experience in a globalized industrial environment and project sourcing Should understand End to End Sourcing & Procurement processes & its proven financial, quantitative and data analysis skills Familiarity with Sourcing Systems Fluent in English, other languages is a plus Skilled multi-cultural negotiator Written and oral communications skills Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to support colleagues across functions. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity. Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Atlanta, GA area candidates are eligible for this role only.
