Lead the transformation of Global Incentive Compensation at Salesforce as a Senior Manager. Focus on operational excellence and implement effective compensation strategies for growth. Salesforce is looking for a Senior Manager to spearhead the Global Incentive Compensation initiatives.
Your role will encompass developing operational efficiencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhanced Sales Compensation processes. Use your experience to assess and resolve compensation issues through data-driven recommendations and innovation.
