Elevate workforce performance as Senior Manager of HR Operations in a growing project-based organization. This key role focuses on strategic HR leadership for operational excellence throughout North America. In this position, you will partner with senior leadership to shape people strategies that drive project success and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include leading HR initiatives and addressing employee relations while promoting organizational alignment. Engage actively with both field and corporate environments to ensure workforce effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with leadership to develop targeted workforce strategies • Implement strategic HR initiatives in employee relations • Guide on labour relations and union engagement • Work with Talent Acquisition for staffing alignment • Mentor leaders on performance management and change Requirements: • Relevant degree in Human Resources or similar • Minimum 10 years HR experience with progressive growth • At least 5 years in a leadership capacity • Experience in construction or industrial sectors • Willingness to travel frequently across North America (20-30%) Leverage your strong HR background to make a significant impact in operational leadership and people strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
