Responsibilities Lead teams across the network to provide product technical support for all Canadian centers in a production environment. Lead Process Planning (methods) to incorporate design changes into assembly floor sheets (AFS) and deploy technological projects to continuously improve operations (test automation, torque measuring system, induction, moving line).

Lead the Assembly and Test Technical Support (ATTS) teams which provide technical support directly to the assembly line and during engine testing, covering 1st, 2nd and weekend shifts. Manage efficiently an offshore partner who supports Process Planning for large initiatives. Project manage the organization's products and coordinate communication with internal customers.

Define the vision and manage continuous improvement of manufacturing operations. Maintain governance between different groups to ensure standardization, alignment, and production readiness for new engine centerlines (NPI). Ensure understanding of the various technical requirements of our products.

Support new product introduction activities and communicate with different stakeholders. Support the digital transformation of product planning and manufacturing activities. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant project management, operations, engineering, or manufacturing process management experience.

Engaging and influential leadership; ability to coach and influence teams. Technical knowledge of various manufacturing processes. Knowledge of digital platforms for data processing.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple mandates and projects. Strong relationships with all levels of management; excellent communication skills. Decision‑making and interpersonal skills; agent of change.

Ability to synthesize, see the big picture, and improve processes. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication; working knowledge of English in a French‑speaking environment.
