Senior Manager – Global Quote-to-Cash Process

Location: Barcelona Hybrid - 3 days per week in office

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Global Quote-to-Cash Process to shape and drive the global Quote-to-Cash agenda across business units and regions.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can connect process strategy, transformation and execution—driving harmonisation, standardisation, governance and measurable business improvement across a complex global organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Own the global Quote-to-Cash process vision, design principles and governance.
• Lead process mapping and future-state design aligned to S/4HANA and fit-to-standard principles.
• Translate cross-business priorities into a clear, value-focused improvement roadmap.
• Drive process harmonisation and adoption across regions, channels and business segments.
• Monitor process performance and adherence, identifying opportunities for corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Use KPIs, customer impact and business value to prioritise improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional efficiency initiatives, particularly across Billing & Credit.
• Manage governance updates, escalations, decision-making and benefits tracking.
• Support the design and implementation of CRM solutions for service teams.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in Quote-to-Cash, process ownership or enterprise transformation.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA, fit-to-standard process design, data/role readiness and clean-core principles.
• Proven experience leading senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a global matrix organisation.
• Strong capabilities in process harmonisation, continuous improvement and governance.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving, KPI management and benefits realisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• A collaborative leadership style with a strong focus on accountability and delivering results.
