Fluidteq is known for handling challenging, project-driven requirements, delivering custom configurations, tight-timeline multi-location projects, and standardization that reduces leak points and lifecycle costs for customers across India and beyond.

Role Description The Senior Manager Finance Accounting role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, monthly closing, and accurate general ledger maintenance. The Senior Manager will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor cash flows, and ensure timely and compliant financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial performance, managing internal controls, coordinating audits, optimizing cost structures, and supporting management with data-driven insights for strategic decisions. The role also involves guiding and mentoring the finance team, improving financial processes and systems, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as operations, sales, and supply chain to support project-driven business needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to support strategic decision-making and performance analysis.

Candidates should possess skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely accounts and disclosures. Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to lead annual plans, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives. Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent is preferred.

Significant experience in manufacturing or project-driven industrial environments, with exposure to Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, implement internal controls, and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders. Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel or similar analytical tools.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on integrity and accuracy.
