Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Sales & Business Growth Account Expansion & Client Acquisition: Drive revenue growth by identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and spearheading analytical consulting efforts to win new enterprise clients. Proposal & Pitch Development: Architect and construct comprehensive, high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks that clearly articulate EXL’s value proposition and deep analytical capabilities. Value Realization: Leverage EXL’s vast repository of Payment Integrity success stories, benchmarks, and data insights to demonstrate clear ROI, financial savings, and operational efficiencies to prospective and current clients. 2. Industry Strategy & Transformation Advisory Trend Analysis & Research: Continuously research and monitor evolving trends in the US Healthcare Payment Integrity market (e.g., shift-left strategies, AI adoption, DRG savings benchmarks, and regulatory shifts). Internal Capability Building: Partner with internal Analytics Transformation and R&D teams to integrate market trends into EXL’s internal solution frameworks, ensuring our offerings remain highly competitive and cutting-edge. Client Innovation Showcase: Act as the face of EXL’s analytical innovation, showcasing newly developed frameworks (including AI accelerators and ML models) during client engagements to position EXL as a strategic thought leader. 3. Data-Driven Storytelling & Stakeholder Management Narrative Construction: Translate complex analytical outputs and raw data into intuitive, compelling business narratives that resonate with C-suite and executive payer audiences. Executive Storyboarding: Consult in a leadership capacity, utilizing strong storyboarding skills to guide client decision-making, overcome objections, and foster long-term strategic partnerships.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the critical bridge between client executives, sales teams, and internal data science delivery pods to ensure technical solutions align perfectly with client business objectives and pre-sales promises.
