Job Description

Position Title: Cyber Program Manager Location: Remote (US-IA-REMOTE) Overview Lead strategic, mission‑critical cyber programs to protect, detect, and innovate within a constantly evolving threat landscape. Shape program direction, drive stakeholder alignment, and manage multi‑workstream technical projects to deliver business outcomes. Responsibilities Build structured program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies in Planview, ensuring full transparency and alignment.

Align multiple strategic initiatives to key business outcomes; adjust or discontinue work as strategy evolves. Convert strategic objectives into a clear program roadmap and partner with senior leadership to shape direction and success metrics. Manage interdependencies, sequencing, and integration across teams; resolve program‑level conflicts in priorities, resources, and timelines.

Influence without authority and bridge communication between business and delivery teams. Drive stakeholder alignment; communicate status, risks, and trade‑offs clearly. Lead program governance and anticipate downstream impacts.

Develop cross‑team mitigation plans and identify gaps, overlaps, and synergies. Advocate for Cyber PMO growth and processes, mentor team members, and assist with process maturity. Ensure consistency in approach, messaging, and execution across projects.

Travel (estimated 10% of the time) as required for key events or training. Qualifications – Must Have University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years. Minimum 7 years of project and/or program management experience.

Experience interfacing directly with senior leadership to influence and lead culture change. Deep experience managing large, multi‑workstream technical programs, ideally in cybersecurity or technology risk. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions. Preferred Qualifications Degree in a cybersecurity or IT related discipline. CORE Professional or equivalent certification.

Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., PMP or similar). Experience using Planview. Knowledgeable in agile ways of work (e.g., SAFe certifications or equivalent).
