Senior Manager Commercial Claims

TATA AIG is looking for a dynamic professional to manage end-to-end commercial claims across Property, Marine, and Engineering lines, ensuring accurate assessment, timely settlement, and a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong regulatory and operational compliance Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial claims ( non EB - Property, Marine & Engineering ) – from intimation, registration, and investigation to settlement and closure .Evaluate policy coverage, terms & conditions, exclusions, and endorsements to determine claim liability .Coordinate with surveyors, loss adjusters, underwriters, legal advisors, and reinsurers for claim assessment .Conduct thorough investigation and validation of claims, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines .Negotiate and finalize settlements, balancing customer service with cost control .Prepare and maintain claims documentation, MIS reports, and analytics to support decision-making .Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, internal audit standards, and corporate governance .Handle customer escalations and ensure a transparent, fair claims experience .Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance claims efficiency .
