Senior Manager, BizOps & Analytics

Position Summary Role: BizOps & Analytics Lead (Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, Strategic Partnerships) – part of Jerry.ai’s central BizOps & Analytics team. Key Responsibilities Define and prioritize business problems; validate analytical problem framing and push back when necessary. Develop metrics, build reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that drive performance of the assigned business unit.

Translate findings into actionable recommendations; collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations to drive impact and follow through. Own end‑to‑end analytical function for the business unit, from data acquisition to reporting. Qualifications 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high‑growth technology company.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python; capable of pulling, structuring, and interpreting data independently. Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact. Clear, persuasive communication skill; ability to influence leadership and gain stakeholder buy‑in.

First‑principles thinking and ability to break complex problems into hypotheses. Strong ownership mindset; proactive to resolve issues beyond formal responsibilities. Tools SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter, GitHub.
