Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Must Haves: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, specializing in classification, clustering, time series analysis, encoder based transformer models, explainability and optimization Advanced familiarity with SQL and spark/pyspark 2+ years experience and knowledge in MLOps, in deploying, operationalizing, and maintaining and monitoring scalable AI/ML-solutions in production Advanced proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLFlow, etc.) and libraries commonly used in NLP and Generative AI Advanced proficiency in data cleaning and data transformation Proven ability to debug, analyze, and profile existing code Excellent collaboration and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Pluses: Experience with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing Azure, cloud offerings for the implementation of data pipelines (Azure SQL, Function/Logic Apps, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) Experience with Databricks Day-to-day: Insight Global is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the team with one of our largest HCM clients on a full-time basis. This team is responsible for developing AI solutions with high visibility and high impact products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Lead the iterative development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models Collaborate on end-to-end automation efforts required to bring models to production Work with structured and unstructured raw data to design and develop innovative predictive models, metrics, and dashboards to uncover actionable insights Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that provide insights to the organization Build and maintain a strong engagement with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
