Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering and validation through final delivery, ensuring control of scope, timelines, risks, and quality.
• Act as both Business Analyst and Project Manager, translating business needs into functional requirements, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring alignment with technical teams.
• Manage stakeholders across different levels, including business areas, IT teams, and executive leadership, facilitating meetings, executive presentations, and project status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and technology deliveries, monitoring development, testing, change requests, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment, identifying process optimization opportunities, supporting change management, and ensuring delivered solutions create measurable business value.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or similar sectors, with the ability to understand business needs, challenge assumptions, and define effective solutions.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and challenge stakeholders.
• Experience combining Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities.
• Fluency in English.
