Role Overview
As an IT Analyst - ModernOPS, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the technology services managed by the ModernOPS team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in application support, incident management, and IT service improvement while actively contributing to the quality of technology operations.
What You Will Do
Monitor the day-to-day health of applications and services, analyze production incidents, contribute to their resolution, and document root causes, impacts, and workarounds. Participate in proactive monitoring, service surveillance, and quality improvement activities. Collaborate in change planning and execution, production releases, and post-implementation follow-ups.
