Job Description As a Senior IT Analyst, Business Operations here at Honeywell, you will lead high‑impact IT projects, drive data‑informed decisions, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will shape our technology roadmap and maintain our competitive edge. You will report directly to our Director of IT and will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will lead complex, high‑impact IT projects, using your expertise to provide guidance on IT strategy and drive data‑informed decision‑making. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing intricate IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and innovation, and offering solutions to address business challenges. By staying current with emerging IT trends and technologies, you will directly contribute to the organization’s technology roadmap.

Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations or solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity. Develop and implement effective management operating systems (MOS) for vendor governance, procurement requirements, and project finances (budget management, financial models, forecast).

Document the existing and new processes. Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholders in the chargeback and reclassification processes, ensuring the timely completion of tasks. Collaborate in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the respective IT Service.

Ensure end‑to‑end process regarding the processing of invoices and payments to the respective vendors. Support procurement process (creating requisitions, statement of work (SOW) and purchase orders for IT). Serve as the focal point for all stakeholders regarding administrative and financial tasks to keep the services running.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field. 5 plus years of experience in finance, business administration or related roles. Strong knowledge of financial processes focused on IT services. Proficiency in financial models and data analysis tools.

In‑depth knowledge of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Proficiency in SAP. Proficiency in Ivalua (creating purchase orders, good receipts, statement of work).

Intermediate level in Smartsheet for designing trackers and dashboards. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the chargeback process. We Value Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with global enterprise systems, customer‑focused approach, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to address complex situations or problems independently. Green Belt Certification. Intermediate level using and building Management Operating Systems (MOS).
