Responsibilities Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing consulting team with strong problem‑solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.
Manage delivery across multiple engagement types, including project‑based implementations, managed services, production support, and custom development. Partner closely with US‑based teams to understand client challenges and co‑create impactful Workday solutions. Deliver client work in alignment with Workday methodology, ensuring consistent quality and outcomes.
Ensure all engagements exceed client expectations through innovative, reliable, and results‑driven delivery. Foster cross‑functional collaboration while strengthening client trust and driving practice growth through measurable customer value. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs to continuously enhance the consulting practice.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field with Masters or MBA being preferred but not required. 15+ years of technology consulting experience with a proven track record leading Workday implementations and 8+ years of integration experience including significant Workday integration delivery. Experience leading fully lifecycle implementations, and the ability to independently design, build, troubleshoot, and deploy integrations while coaching team members Deep expertise in enterprise applications, digital transformation, and cloud technologies, with strong business acumen. Demonstrated ability to balance client needs with internal stakeholder priorities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Current Workday HCM Core or Workday Integration certification required; additional Workday certifications highly preferred.
