We design, develop, and deliver high‑quality enterprise systems, system integrations, and work in a project‑based consulting environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meets the unique needs of our clients. Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences. Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self‑directed training to continually develop industry‑relevant knowledge and skills.
Understand and implement object‑oriented design patterns. Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Provide technical mentoring and leadership.
Qualifications Technical skills: Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring secure and scalable API connectivity across enterprise systems. Build and enhance applications leveraging .NET frameworks, delivering high‑performance and reliable solutions aligned with business requirements. Implement and manage cloud‑based solutions on Microsoft Azure, including resource provisioning, monitoring, and optimization for cost and performance.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and consistent delivery of software updates. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration patterns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. Apply best practices in API management, security, and governance to maintain compliance and system integrity.
Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive analysis and tuning. Soft Skills: Mentorship & Team Support Skilled in guiding and supporting junior developers and offshore teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure project success. Technical Discovery & Documentation Adept at conducting technical discovery of source and destination systems, creating detailed technical flow diagrams, and documenting comprehensive technical requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Experienced in engaging with IT leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across technical and business objectives. Comfortable with client‑facing responsibilities and maintaining visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
