Job Title : AGM/Sr Manager-HR Location : Andheri, Chakala. Mumbai. Experience : 8+ Years Qualification: MBA (HR) Key Responsibilities International Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end international recruitment across Europe and other global markets.
Handle leadership and niche hiring through platforms like LinkedIn and other global sourcing channels. Develop global talent pipelines for technical, corporate, and business roles. Coordinate with overseas stakeholders, recruitment partners, and hiring managers.
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hiring metrics. HR Business Partnering (HRBP) Act as HRBP for business functions and provide strategic HR support to leadership teams. Support in driving employee engagement, performance management, talent reviews, and retention initiatives.
Partner with business heads on manpower planning and organizational development. Support employee grievance handling and HR policy implementation. International Payroll & HR Operations Support and coordinate international payroll processes, especially European or foreign payroll operations.
Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll inputs, documentation, and HR policies. Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance teams for smooth payroll execution. Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding, and HR documentation for overseas employees.
HR Strategy & Compliance Support HR transformation initiatives and process improvements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and international employment practices. Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment analytics for management review.
Required Skills Strong experience in international recruitment and global talent acquisition. Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other recruitment platforms. Exposure to European or international payroll processes.
Strong HRBP and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with global teams and multicultural environments.
