Overview
In this role you will shape and lead the go-to-market strategy for EPAM’s BFSI practice, aligning marketing with sales and business goals. You will translate market and client insights into actionable plans, build differentiated industry positioning, and drive pipeline with integrated programmes. You will collaborate across units and partners to activate offerings and measure performance, helping EPAM grow in a key, complex market.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment and wants to influence revenue trajectory.
Responsibilities- Define the BFSI go-to-market strategy with long-term vision and growth opportunities
- Translate market insights into actionable plans informed by trends and competitive activity
- Develop industry positioning and narratives aligned to client challenges
- Partner with leadership to align marketing objectives with growth targets
- Drive pipeline and sales acceleration through integrated programmes
- Shape and activate the BFSI portfolio with priority offerings and launches
- Lead integrated programmes across thought leadership, campaigns, ABM, digital and events
- Build activations with alliance partners to expand ecosystem opportunities
- Create executive sales enablement assets and thought leadership
- Establish data-driven performance measurement and campaign optimization
- 10+ years in B2B go-to-market, industry or solutions marketing in technology services, consulting or similar
- Strong BFSI industry experience with understanding of market dynamics, regulatory landscape and digital transformation priorities
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans and measurable programmes
- Track record in developing positioning and messaging for complex offerings
- Experience orchestrating integrated programmes involving content, thought leadership, ABM, digital, events and partnerships
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global matrix and influence without authority
- Understanding of tech ecosystems including hyperscalers, ISVs and strategic partners
- Strategic mindset with execution skills and data-driven decision making
