Senior GNC Engineer

We are working with a client building the world's most advanced drones... We’re hiring a GNC Engineer to develop the guidance, navigation, and control systems powering next-generation autonomous drones. You’ll work across estimation, controls, simulation, and real-world flight testing to improve vehicle autonomy and performance in complex environments.

Responsibilities Develop and deploy guidance, navigation, and control algorithms for autonomous UAVs Build state estimation and sensor fusion systems using onboard sensors Design flight control and trajectory planning systems Work closely with software, mechanical, and electrical engineers on integrated drone platforms Test and validate systems in simulation and real-world flight environments Requirements Strong background in controls, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous systems Experience with Kalman Filters, PID/LQR/MPC control, or state estimation Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python Experience working with drones, robotics, or embedded systems Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
