Base Pay Range $30.00/hr - $32.07/hr Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Miami, FL.

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional eager to excel in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Translate business needs into formal requirements, acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often utilizing new technologies.

Handle client inquiries related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products via email or phone. Communicate confidently with clients and internal teams. Maintain intermediate computer skills and navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Possess an IT degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in technical support or banking services. 1-2 years of experience in the banking/financial industry. Over 1 year of customer-facing experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and in team settings. Fluent in Portuguese.
