Our mission is to deliver global communication infrastructure that prioritizes privacy, security, and performance without relying on centralized servers. We are looking for a Frontend Develope r with strong expertise in the MERN stack and modern UI engineering to join our core engineering team.

Role Overview In this role, you will primarily focus on designing and building high-performance, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for our real-time communication platform. You should have a strong eye for design and be highly skilled in UI development, animations, and interactive experiences . You will work extensively with React and Next.js to create smooth, scalable, and intuitive frontend systems, while also contributing to backend APIs when needed.

Key Responsibilities Develop scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js (SSR/ISR). Build responsive, visually polished UI with strong focus on animations and micro-interactions. Translate Figma/design systems into pixel-perfect implementations.

Develop and integrate REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Work with MongoDB for schema design and basic data modeling. Optimize performance (code splitting, lazy loading, Web Vitals).

Write unit/integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library or similar). Ensure clean, modular, and maintainable code architecture. Containerize applications using Docker.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams. Required Skills 6-8 years of experience in full stack development (frontend-heavy).

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+). Advanced experience with React.js. Strong hands-on experience with Next.js.

Deep understanding of CSS3, animations, transitions, and responsive design. Knowledge of GSAP or advanced animation libraries. Experience with state management (Redux / Context / Zustand).

Node.js, Express.js, and REST API integration. Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows and deployment processes. Experience with Three.js or WebGL-based 3D UI.
