About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our engineering team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React and Vue.js, with a proven track record of building scalable, responsive, high-performance web applications.

You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to transform business and design requirements into intuitive, reliable, and production-ready digital experiences.

A strong understanding of Arabic RTL (Right-to-Left) and English LTR (Left-to-Right) interfaces is highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and Vue.js.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-quality UI components.
• Develop complex forms, dashboards, workflows, and data-driven interfaces.
• Translate Figma designs and UI/UX requirements into responsive and pixel-accurate web experiences.
• Implement responsive designs that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement effective state management and application-level data handling.
• Develop interfaces supporting both Arabic RTL and English LTR layouts.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, usability, and consistent UI behavior.
• Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA engineers, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end coding standards and best practices.
• Use Git-based workflows for version control and collaborative development.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver robust, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and Vue.js.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience building complex forms, dashboards, and enterprise web applications.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of front-end state management.
• Experience converting Figma designs into production-quality interfaces.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern UI development practices.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization.
• Experience developing applications that support Arabic RTL and English LTR interfaces is highly preferred.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale or enterprise digital platforms.
• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Understanding of web accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience working with both Arabic and English user experiences.
