Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – Finance

The Financial Planning ability to influence senior leaders and peers What can set you apart: • Financial Services Industry Experience • Advanced Degree (MBA / MSF) / Comparable Certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) • FP&A and/or Finance Experience • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization tools considered a plus • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, OneStream, or another financial planning tool also a plus Please note: Depending on experience/qualifications, this role may be filled as a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst III or Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.

Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
