Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst acts as a crucial financial partner to all areas of the organization including Accounting & Finance, Revenue Cycle, Trade and Payer Relations and Franchise Sales & Acceleration teams. This role is integral in providing analytical support that both optimizes performance for both the franchisees and corporate entities. This position is on‑site at our corporate office in Brentwood, TN.

Duties / Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop, maintain, and refine franchise‑specific and network wide financial models to support growth and EBITDA optimization. Market Analytics: Analyze market opportunity and penetration based on claims data to promote franchisees’ abilities to increase market share in their territory.
Payer & Trade Analytics: Support the Payer Relations and Trade Relations teams to assist in contract negotiations by providing accurate margin estimates at drug and therapy levels along with assessing potential opportunities. Revenue Cycle Analytics: Assist in tracking labor productivity, service levels, and quality in all areas within Revenue Cycle Management. Annual Operating Plan: Support the Manager of FPA in creating the annual operating plan and forecasts for corporate and company‑owned entities.
Other responsibilities as needed. Required Skills / Abilities Experience: 3–5+ years in financial analysis, with specific experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management preferred. Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Excel skills (nested formulas, x‑lookups, pivot tables) and experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
Analytical Ability: Strong ability to manipulate large data sets and transform raw operational data into actionable financial insights. Communication: Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of pharmacy benefit structures, specialty drug reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Physical Requirements Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often for the majority of the workday. Keyboarding: Frequent use of a keyboard for typing and data entry.
Reaching: Occasionally reaching for items such as files, documents, or office supplies. Fine Motor Skills: Precise movements of the fingers and hands for tasks like typing, using a mouse, and handling paperwork. Visual Acuity: Good vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.
