Job Description
Position Senior Financial Analyst, Valuations & Modelling – Vancouver office Responsibilities Conduct business valuations, litigation files, and due diligence analyses. Engage in discussions and meetings with company management. Analyze company and industry strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to assess cash flow risks.
Develop and participate in financial modeling for valuations. Draft detailed valuation reports and presentations for management. Perform industry‑specific research and other tasks directed by the Valuations team.
Build relationships with current and prospective clients and other BDO service groups. Maintain communication within the Valuations team regarding file execution and service area development. Support business development activities to foster practice growth.
Assist in ongoing training and development of professional staff in the service area. Success Indicators Demonstrates core values of Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration. Shows deep understanding of client industry and delivers high‑quality work.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
CPA designation (or near completion) is an asset. Willingness to pursue a Chartered Business Valuation designation. 2–3 years of experience in accounting or Valuations/Mergers & Acquisitions practice. Compensation Annual salary range: $68,000 – $104,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
