The scalability of its products allows merchants of all sizes to add an instant arsenal of intelligent payment technology solutions to their businesses without significant development costs or infrastructure investments.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our high-growth FP&A team within a fast-paced fintech/payments organization. This role will support Revenue and COGS forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across a complex, data-rich business with a deep client base.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with large datasets, building scalable financial models, and helping shape FP&A processes in a rapidly evolving environment. The role will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, enhance reporting capabilities, and support key strategic initiatives, including ongoing business transformation and M&A integration efforts.This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone looking to grow within a modern FP&A organization focused on data-driven decision making, process improvement, and strategic business partnership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESForecasting & Financial AnalysisSupport Revenue and COGS forecasting across multiple products, customer segments, and business linesBuild and enhance forecasting models and planning tools from the ground upAnalyze business trends, seasonality, customer behavior, and operational drivers to improve forecast accuracyAssist with monthly forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc financial analysisDevelop scenario analyses and support pricing, sales, and product-related business casesData & ReportingWork with large and complex datasets from multiple financial and operational systemsClean, validate, reconcile, and organize data used in forecasting and reporting processesDevelop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPI packages for senior leadershipUtilize BI and reporting tools, including Power BI, to improve visibility into business performancePartner with cross-functional teams to improve data consistency and reporting efficiencyBusiness PartnershipCollaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance leaders to provide actionable financial insightsSupport development of business case reviews and financial “sanity checks” for new initiatives and strategic opportunitiesAssist with financial analysis related to pricing strategy, profitability, and operational performanceContribute to integration and reporting efforts associated with ongoing M&A activityProcess Improvement & FP&A DevelopmentHelp build scalable FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and forecasting methodologies in a growing organizationIdentify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial workflowsSupport initiatives focused on improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiencyQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, or related field3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, or strategic financeAdvanced Excel skills, including experience with: Complex formulas, Large data sets, Pivot tables, Data modelingPayments, fintech, SaaS, or transaction-based business experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skillsExperience supporting process improvement or building FP&A infrastructureExperience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BIStrong communication skills with ability to present insights to business stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple prioritiesWHY JOIN REPAY.… BECAUSE CULTURE IS EVERYTHINGGROWTH & PEOPLE-CENTERED LEADERSHIPAs the industry-leading financial technology provider in the Consumer Finance and Business to Business spaces, we continue to set the standard for application development and delivery.
