Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst, Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) The Senior Financial Analyst will provide strategic finance support to the Enterprise Real Estate team, including providing support and recommendations to J&J Affiliate companies and Senior Management on global Real Estate investments. They will consolidate and report on key financial forecasts and actuals for global real estate. Location: New Brunswick, Raritan, or Titusville, NJ.

Up to 10% travel required. Responsibilities Key member of the Global Real Estate team driving strategy and prioritization on investment decisions and standards. Partner with local finance teams and individuals at all levels of the Corporation (Regional CFOs, Group CFOs, GOC leaders, Supply Chain leadership, etc.) using impact analytics and executive framing to ensure appropriate footprint decisions are taken for the enterprise.

Support business case development for all non‑supply chain Real Estate projects in North America and Latin America. Lead and coordinate the overall budgeting process for the global real estate Business Plan, forecast updates, Long Range Financial Plan, and actual reporting, including submissions and stakeholder preparation for global E&PS reviews. Provide timely communication of key deadlines to regional real estate finance teams to drive clear expectations for forecast cycles, financial close and delivery of financial commitments.

Deliver all actuals reporting requirements (quarter‑close responsibilities) including preparation of journal entries and commentary for variances versus plan. Provide financial leadership and guidance by applying strong financial acumen and process insights to advise business partners and finance teams; promote financial awareness and education for business partners. Support continuous improvement and radical simplicity mindset (leveraging technology, process standardization, best practices).

Proactively take responsibility for personal development. Ad hoc tasks & analysis as required. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or related business.

Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or other applicable certifications are preferred. Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience (with strong knowledge of J&J financial processes & Accounting ERPs) is preferred. Developing relationships with business partners across all functions is required.

Self‑starter ready to take initiative to drive value creation, process development and improvement. Strong financial modeling experience using advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP) is required. Experience using Alteryx, Tableau, or other automation and visualization tools is preferred.

Proven presentation and collaborative skills to influence or negotiate with senior leadership and operate well in a complex, matrixed & ambiguous environment. Demonstrated robust analytical and technical skills, with the ability to simplify complex discussions. Strong ability to frame business cases across all organizational levels leveraging PowerPoint skills and excellent communication and storytelling skills (verbal and written).

Preferred location is New Brunswick, Titusville, or Raritan, NJ; required up to 10% travel. Pay Transparency The anticipated base pay range for this position is $79,000.00 – $127,650.00. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long‑term incentive program.

Benefits Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; Colorado – 48 hours; Washington – 56 hours. Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year.

Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child. Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period. Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year. Military Spouse Time‑Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
