Senior ETL Developer

Role - SSIS/ETL Developer Experience - 8-10 yrs Location - Pune/Hyderabad Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior SSIS Developer / Consultant Specialist with strong expertise in SSIS ETL, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, KingswaySoft, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale ETL and data migration/remediation solutions involving Dynamics CRM and Azure-based data integration platforms. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, deep understanding of CRM data models, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and support ETL solutions using SSIS and SQL Server . Work on Microsoft Dynamics CRM data migration, remediation, and integration projects. Develop scalable ETL workflows using KingswaySoft components for Dynamics CRM integrations.

Create and optimize SQL Server objects including stored procedures, views, functions, and queries used in ETL processes. Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) . Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL/data integration solutions.

Troubleshoot ETL failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams for solution delivery. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and best practices.

Participate in deployment, release management, and production support activities. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in SSIS ETL Development Strong expertise in SQL Server and advanced SQL programming Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Good understanding of MS CRM Data Model Hands-on experience with KingswaySoft Experience working with Azure Data Factory (ADF) Experience in ETL/Data Migration/Data Remediation projects Strong debugging and performance tuning skills -Good to Have Exposure to Azure cloud ecosystem Experience working in enterprise banking/financial environments Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment processes Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Candidate Profile 8–10 years of overall experience in ETL and data integration Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end ETL delivery Experience in enterprise-scale CRM migration/integration projects preferred
