With a growing pipeline of Data Centres, Commercial Towers, Large-Scale Residential Developments and Education Projects, we're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to help secure and shape our next generation of landmark projects.

The Opportunity\n

As a Senior Estimator, you'll play a critical role in winning work and driving project success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead the preparation of high-quality tender submissions and pricing proposals
\n
• Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors
\n
• Source, analyse and negotiate contractor and supplier pricing
\n
• Maintain accurate cost databases and benchmarking information
\n
• Lead tender presentations and interviews
\n
• Prepare construction budgets and hand over projects to delivery teams
\n
• Mentor and develop Estimators across the business
\n
• Drive continuous improvement across estimating systems and processes
\n

What You'll Bring\n

\n
• Significant experience as a Senior Estimator within Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction - Minimum 10 years
\n
• Proven success pricing medium-to-large-scale building projects
\n
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Advanced CostX and EstimateOne capability
\n
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies and procurement strategies
\n
• A collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring others
\n
