Join the Estimating team for a high end boutique Fitout & Refurbishment and new build business focusing on projects up to $30M.

RESPONSIBILITIES:\n

\n
• Prepare, complete and submit tenders end to end independently and simultaneously
\n
• Develop budgets and monitor project costs
\n
• Collect BOQ's and cost analysis' of project
\n
• Attend tender meetings and additional client meetings
\n
• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
\n

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:\n

\n
• 5+ years of Estimating experience for both a Fitout/Refurbishment and commercial head contractor
\n
• Previous new build project experience
\n
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Unlimited Australian working rights
\n
