Senior Engineer Days & Nights 12 hours Salary: £60,000 I am currently seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our growing team in Manchester. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a group of Multi s killed Engineer engineers on a shift role. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and assist in the professional development of team members.

Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations and promoting best practices. Foster strong communication channels within the team and across different departments to enhance collaboration and productivity. Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within an engineering environment.

Strong technical background in engineering – Electrical. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
