Senior Engineer (Platform Engineering)

Platform Engineer Location: Leeds, UK (3 days in office) Job Type: Full-Time Including monitoring, managing and optimising cloud-based (AWS) resources. Document all procedures and policies for maintaining and improving system infrastructure. Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines) for efficient and secure deployment and operations.

Whilst also working with development teams to facilitate the deployment and operation of systems. Experience as a Senior Platform Engineer including a solid understanding of software engineering principles and their application. Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS) and containerisation technologies (e.g., Adept at leveraging automation to improve development processes and optimise software delivery.

Experience with Python scripting and troubleshooting Experience with Jenkins pipelines (multibranch), deployments, groovy scripting Experience with Linux commands and knowledge of troubleshooting web services Experience with AWS services – EC2, NLB, API Gateway, ASG, etc. We’re a purpose‑driven organisation committed to creating positive impact and championing inclusion.
