In this critical leadership role, you will directly support the Chief Engineer, supervising staff and guiding engineering elements across the enterprise. You will be instrumental in shaping broad technical policy, overseeing technology development for Shore and Ocean Facilities, and managing NAVFAC's Technical Authority governance. Your leadership will also be key in the global development of the Navy's Engineering and Technical Management community.
