Experience level: Experienced. Shift: 1st Shift/Days. No required travel.

Responsibilities Perform analog and mixed‑signal circuit analysis, design, simulation, verification, and evaluation for mixed‑signal products and for integrating design blocks into larger systems. Drive the product development lifecycle, including defining product requirements, executing circuit design, identifying issues, and recommending solutions. Apply formal design and verification techniques, tools, and methodologies to produce efficient designs that meet specified functional, power, or timing objectives.

Act as chip lead and chief analog or digital designer for projects, performing chip floor planning to guide layout engineers during physical implementation. Evaluate the physical implementation of design blocks by layout engineers to ensure performance and reliability metrics are met. Perform lab evaluation and debugging of integrated‑circuit performance issues.

Derive block‑level performance targets from higher‑level design specifications. Collaborate with cross‑functional and project‑planning teams to define project goals, feasibility, and timelines. Follow up on quality issues involving customer returns, QA failures, and test‑coverage gaps.

Document and present design and evaluation review documentation for peer review or stakeholder groups. Benefits Partial telecommute benefit available (2 days/week work from home). Requirements Must hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline (foreign education equivalency accepted) and have 2+ years of experience as a Mixed Signal or Electrical Engineer or related occupation performing integrated‑circuit development.

Demonstrated expertise in all phases of new mixed‑signal product development (architecture selection, debugging, implementation, evaluation). Experience analyzing functionality and behavior of transistor‑level circuit designs. Expertise in one of the applicable design areas: Mixed‑Signal Power IC design, RF IC design, or General‑purpose Analog/Mixed‑Signal IC design.

Strong skill in simulating and evaluating complex analog blocks and IC designs using CADENCE and SPICE‑type simulation tools. Ability to prepare and deliver technical materials and presentations to internal and external audiences and stakeholders.
